how can a hotel this grand have a room overlooking the car park? it was definitely not what i envisioned. the restaurant closes at 9pm, how utterly inconvenient. and a complimentary drink? i thought that was a standard for high-end establishments. i had almost considered a good review, but i just couldn't, it's embarrassingly disappointing.

The staff were really good.

During our stay, we found the restaurant unsuitable for kids, lacking a basic children's menu. The food was overly complex, and of poor quality, making it difficult for us to enjoy our meals as a family. It was particularly disappointing as we had hoped for a pleasant dining experience during our one night.

fantastic access to parks and charming landmarks for city strolls

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel, as it offered a smart ambiance and quick access to nearby attractions like the beautiful lac des miroirs which is just almost 2 km away and the lovely regional nature reserve of the marshes of condette, perfect for enjoying nature walks. plus, the spacious rooms made my stay comfortable and relaxing.

The Twin Room with Terrace was clean and spacious, perfect for a longer stay. Separate toilet and bathroom helped with convenience. Loved the seating area to hang out. The view from the terrace was nice, adding a little charm. The hotel had a couple of fun options like a snooker table and ping-pong table which I thought was a cool touch.

The stay was enjoyable, especially the spacious twin room with a terrace that provided a lovely view. I appreciated the hotel’s setting near beautiful natural spots like the lac des miroirs, perfect for relaxing walks. Although the restaurant lacked a kids' menu, the overall comfort of the room made up for it. My family and I had a fun time enjoying the snooker and ping-pong tables available on-site.

The Twin Room with Terrace was spacious and provided a lovely view of the greenery, perfect for relaxation. The room featured a cozy seating area, separate toilet and bathroom, and was clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the easy access to the beautiful beach and quaint shops nearby.

The restaurant could benefit from a children's menu.

Comfortable rooms, fantastic staff. the bar area offered a lovely atmosphere and the convenient location made it easy to explore nearby attractions.

Nothing could have been better.

The room was spacious and featured a nice terrace, perfect for soaking in the surrounding greenery. The bathroom had been recently renovated and included a separate toilet, which was a welcome touch for convenience.

Unfortunately, the restaurant experience left much to be desired, as the menu items I tried were overpriced and poorly executed. My meal was swimming in oil, and another guest remarked on their cold and undercooked dinner. The breakfast offerings were inadequate, and I found the slow replenishment of food to be quite disappointing. Lastly, the WiFi connection was spotty.

I had a great time with my friends at this hotel. We enjoyed the heated outdoor swimming pool and the nearby regional nature reserve for some nice walks. Breakfast was served on our patio, overlooking the greenery, which made for a lovely start to the day.

One of the cocktails we ordered at the bar was disappointing, but it didn't ruin our stay.

i recently celebrated a birthday during my stay in hardelot-plage, and the parc exceeded my expectations. the twin room with terrace was spacious and provided a lovely view of the greenery, perfect for relaxation. the staff were welcoming, and the restaurant offered an impressive breakfast spread with fresh pastries.
